Mornings — Deep Observation
You’ll watch Reena work with 6 selected children.
Together, we will explore:

• When a technique supports the child — and when to pause
• How to shift gently from one approach to another
• How a child communicates distress, overwhelm, or readiness
• How safety leads to regulation… and regulation leads to progress
• How the smallest cues reveal what the child needs

You will learn to truly see your child — beneath behaviours.

Afternoons — Practice & Understanding
We gather to reflect on each child you observed.
Your questions become the learning.

Then you will practice a few techniques with each other — so your hands, eyes, and nervous system learn what safety and connection feel like.

This is where theory turns into confidence.
