General rules regarding attendance for therapy

• Please switch off your cell phones while in the consulting session.
• Please do not park your cars in the building premises.
• Please be on time, each session is of a specified time period so in case if you are late, we will not be able to give you the complete time because of the set schedule.
• For appointments or cancellations, please call on 9819561468 between 8:30am and 6:30pm only.
• If child will not be able to attend session (group, dyad or one on one), the clinic needs to be informed the previous day. Fee for the missed session will not be charged. However, last minute cancellations will not be entertained and fee will be charged.
• A child who misses more than 3 sessions of group therapy will be removed from the group & the slot will be offered to the next child on the waiting list.
• A child who fails to attend 1:1 session more than twice will have to wait for One Month before he/she gets another slot again.
• The sessions for children who come for one to one therapy every week will be fixed, however those who wish to come for once a fortnight or once a month will have to call and come.
